A court in Wyoming awarded 6.4 million dollars to the family of a man who, after being placed on Paxil, murdered his wife and children, then took his own life. The research regarding long-term antidepressant use is horrifying to say the least. Serotonin uptake inhibiting drugs (Paxil, Zoloft, and Prozac) have been linked to a seven-fold increase in the rate of breast cancer. Paxil has been shown to be extremely addictive and have severe withdrawal reactions. Anti-depressants have been linked to increased incidence of upper GI bleeding. Prozac has been shown to "feed" brain tumors bolstering tumor growth and destructive properties.

Learning To Love Your Lobes

The frontal lobe is described as housing the "consciousness of the self". This is where the essence of "you" is found. (Your memories, creativity, personality and awareness.) This is where people of faith hear from God. When your frontal lobe is depressed the primitive brain, responsible for satisfying desires and making fantasies real, is master. It is the region that generates blood lust, where temptations are felt, and the drive to satisfy these feelings is coddled and fueled. It has been referred to as the "devils playground". I think of this lobe as where Satan would insert his hand to manipulate you like a puppet.

Dopamine is made within substantia nigra and is delivered exclusively to the frontal lobe of the brain (area of a higher thought process). Dopamine contributes to your feelings of bliss and regulates feelings of pain in the body. Some call dopamine the "Heaven Factor" or the Nirvana transmitter. The amino acid tyrosine is your source of dopamine outside your body. Tyrosine is found in high levels in red meat . The challenge is to consume enough tyrosine to sustain healthy levels of dopamine without consuming omega 6 fatty acids.

Supercharging Supplementation Protocol

Consume the following tea in the morning: I cup of ginseng tea mixed with 1 cup of green tea add 1 scoop of AM blend with 1 TBSP of pure l lglutamine. Drink slowy over the next 4 hours .At night place 8 oz of Ocean spray Diet Grape-cranberry juice over ice add 1 scoop of PM blend and a shot of lime juice. Beware of kidney stones! If you choose to ingest a soda or diet soda you must drink 32 cups of alkalized water just to neutralize that 1-cup of acidifier. That is a lot of water! Your daily supplementation will minimize the damage these acids do to your body. Every sip of those listed beverages accelerates your aging process.
