1. Heart attacks "happen" in the liver... not the heart. The human heart is nothing more than a muscle the size of your fist. It has no control over the state of the fluids that go through it. We blame the bystander at the scene of the crime... cholesterol. I will tell you cholesterol is innocent. In fact, our brains are made from cholesterol as are the peripheral nerves. The liver is in control of the state of our blood as it flows through the arteries. It is damage to the liver that causes heart attacks to occur.

There are seven known liver damaging nutrients found within your childern's foods that are illegal to use in every country... except America. Will power, no matter how strong, will eventually give out. We are then left with guilt, frustration, and more body fat. Worse yet, diets can cause a metabolic unrest in our bodies which may cause additional health issues and actually lead to cancer. 3. There is no miracle pill, potion, or lotion. Stop looking for the perfect drug or supplement. It does not exist! If someone tells you it does, they are probably selling you something.
